Op de beurs Collect in de Saatchi Gallery in Londen heeft het Victoria & Albert Museum bij Terra een werk aangekocht van de Deense kunstenaar Louise Hindsgavl. Het is het beeld:' One never knows when it will turn on you'.
Louise Hindsgavl graduated from Designskolen Kolding (DK) in 1999 specialising in one-off pieces. Hindsgavl mainly works in porcelain. Her works have a distinctly narrative expression, both when she works with one-off pieces and with more utilitarian items. She wants us to experience the multiplicity of ceramics through her work, while at the same time stimulating our imaginations.
