A large-scale exhibition bringing together ceramics from five continents. Figurative or abstract, large or small, sculpture or bowl – the versatility of contemporary ceramics is central. Despite the diversity of styles, techniques, and cultural backgrounds, it becomes clear how much we share as humanity, even with geographical or cultural differences. The participating artists have been carefully selected based on originality, craftsmanship, diversity, and cohesion. Since the first collaboration with Jingdezhen in 2012, Galerie Terra Delft has significantly expanded its international network, now resulting in a worldwide selection of leading ceramists. For this anniversary edition, eight artists have been invited. Eight artists from different continents each present their own installation, together forming a powerful whole.
An exhibition that does not merely showcase, but truly touches – an experience that engages the visitor both visually and emotionally. A number of the artists are invited to come to the Netherlands and create part of their work in direct dialogue with the space and context.

As with previous large-scale exhibitions, a collaboration has been chosen with the Oude Kerk Delft. This monumental location, in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance of Terra Delft Gallery, provides a fitting setting for this special exhibition.
At the same time, also in the Old Church, Galerie Terra Delft presents the '40 times Table'. On a long table(s), 40 artworks are displayed, each representing a year of the gallery. This overview shows the development of the gallery and ceramics in a surprisingly versatile arrangement.
